ENTRY FEE: The entry fee for the Tasmanian Age Cross Country Championships is $11.00 for all categories.
LATE ENTRY POLICY: As 2017 is a transition year for these arrangements, no late entry fee will be charged for any late entries submitted with a reason acceptable to the AT Executive Officer by no later than 30 minutes before the start of each event on the day of competition.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued for any reason.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY/GENERAL INFORMATION
These Championships are open only to currently registered full year or OOS (i.e. for the year which began on 1 April 2017) members of Athletics Tasmania..
All competitors should report to the check-in area at Symmons Plains by no later than 30 minutes before the advertised starting time for their event.
All races will begin no earlier than the time indicated on the AT website. Where possible the events will begin at the time indicated.
Water will be available at the start/finish line.
As these Championships are being held in conjunction with the Tasmnanian All Schools Cross Country, competitors may wear their school or club uniform. If the competitor's school requires them to wear school uniform, school uniform must be worn. All registrations must be completed prior to race day.
Entries close at 9.00am on Tuesday 27 June 2017 for the primary age groups and Tuesday 9 July 2017 for the age groups from U14 to under 18 inclusive. Uniquely athletes may compete in both the U13 (12yrs) and U14 age groups as these are held ion different days.
Any athlete turning 14 in 2017 may also compete in the Tasmanian U20 or Open Championships to be held on Saturday 8 July 2017.
Results will be posted on the Athletics Tasmania website.
Age is taken as at the 31 December 2017.
Club team championships will not be contested in 2017.
